La nature est devenu sont alli\u00e9 naturel dans la gestion de la souleur.<\/p><p>Depuis les derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, les preuves scientifiques sur les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques du contact avec la nature se sont multipli\u00e9es. Dans cette conf\u00e9rence, nous explorerons comment ces d\u00e9couvertes ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives pour la gestion de la douleur chronique, un fl\u00e9au qui touche de plus en plus de personnes et qui peut affecter toutes les sph\u00e8res de leur sant\u00e9 \u2013 physique, mentale, \u00e9motionnelle et sociale. Les troubles anxieux causent souvent de l\u2019insomnie, le respiration de type apn\u00e9e contribue \u00e0 des journ\u00e9es plus difficiles. Comment comprendre ce cercle infernal et mieux le g\u00e9rer seront d\u00e9crits.<\/p><p>Conf\u00e9rencier :<strong> Gilles Lavigne<\/strong> d\u00e9tient une formation en en m\u00e9decine dentaire de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, une formation en m\u00e9decine buccale (Georgetown U, USA) et un PhD en neurophysiologie trig\u00e9minale (University of Toronto). En 2009, il a re\u00e7u un doctorat honoris causa de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Zurich et en 2019 le titre de membre de l\u2019Ordre du Canada. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 professeur \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine dentaire de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tout r\u00e9cemment. Actuellement il est clinicien-chercheur au CHUM et au CIUSSS du N\u00ceM.
